A Nature Play Passport is a small, hard copy booklet, similar to a real passport, that contains fun nature play missions, stickers and blank pages. Itâs used to document and celebrate the nature play missions and outdoor learning activities your children achieve. It goes hand-in-hand with the Nature Passport app, where you can find hundreds more nature play missions.

Vapiano: Pizza Kids Masterclasses @ Westfield Coomera
Vapiano Coomera will be running pizza making classes for kids from Monday 26 April until Friday 7 July.
For just $20 our pizza masters will teach your kids how to knead dough, garnish their creations and send the pizzas to the oven. During the class, our chefs take the kids through the fresh vegetables and savoury herbs that go into making a delicious pizza. We toss in a bit of pizza acrobatics to make the event entertaining and exciting for kids and adults alike!
PLUS each little masterchef will receive their very own Vapiano Pizza Kids apron to take home!

Join Home of the Arts (HOTA) for their newest activity for young families : Little Play Lab on Friday, 30th June at 10am
Designed to encourage children aged 3-6 to explore the world around them through movement, dance, and circus, whilst strengthening inbuilt reflexes that help control the body.
In 45-minute sessions, children will participate in movement games, stretches, yoga and learn exciting circus skills whilst making new friendships and building confidence.

Lego in the Vale – Free School Holiday Event

BRICKS 4 KIDZ will return to the Helensvale Library and Cultural Centre during the June/July school holidays, to provide an interactive and fun LEGO experience for children aged between 6 – 12 years old on Monday, 3rd July.
Children will complete LEGO building activities using LEGO Technic Project Kits, Mosaic and Colour Builds, and copious amounts of Free Play LEGO.
Two session times: 8.30am – 10.30am and 2. 11.30am – 1.30pm
Children will need to be signed in to, and out from the event by a known adult. They will not be required to stay for the full 2 hours, but will need to be collected by the end of their session.
Maximum of 40 participants per session. Click the ‘reserve a spot’ button to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome on the day but cannot be guaranteed a spot.
The sessions will be held upstairs in the Auditorium at Helensvale Library and Cultural Centre.

Lord Mayor’s Children’s Program – A Bee Story
A FREE event in the iconic Brisbane City Hall on Friday, 7th July 2023. Two session times available 11am and 2pm.
A Bee Story is a uniquely Australian physical theatre show for children and families incorporating a kaleidoscope of circus, acrobatics, dance and live music.
It tells the story of Queen Bee and Worker Bee who must work together to rebuild their hive after being destroyed by a bushfire. But things never quite go to plan.
Join the bees on their buzzy adventures and be enchanted by their pollen-collecting skills, honey-making abilities, and super-bee strength.A Bee Story has themes of environmentalism, sustainability, and community spirit, and was directed by performer Robbie Curtis (Circa, Cirque du Soleil, Circus Oz, Australian Ballet), and co-created with musician and performer Lizzie McRae.

Join an adventurous young girl and her seafaring father as they reimagine the story of a tiny snailâs incredible trip around the world, inspired by Julia Donaldson and Axel Schefflerâs much-loved picture book.
Longing to see the world, a tiny sea snail hitches a lift on the tail of a great big, grey-blue humpback whale. Together they go on an amazing journey, brought vividly to life through live music, storytelling and lots of laughs – but when the whale gets beached, how will the snail save him?
A heart-warming adventure for everyone aged four and up, from CDP Kids, the team who brought you âThe Gruffaloâ and âRoom on the Broomâ live on stage.
Running time 55 minutes (no interval). Tickets are $22 per person. Children 12 months and under are admitted free as long as they are on a parent/carer’s lap.

These School Holidays step into an Over-The-Top Production Kids Disco in Ormeau raising awareness and funds for Lifeline.
This event is presented by Genfit Training Centre, Mortgage Choice Ormeau and COWIE.
They are excited to be planning their next Community Event and raising money for a great cause, Lifeline. Lifeline have been around for years, answering calls and providing a Mental Health line that’s crucial for so many people across the country.
Join all the fun on the 8th of July from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Visit HOTAâs Childrenâs Gallery and collect your map to start your expedition. There is so much to do and discover as you journey throughout TROPIC ARCADIA. Through the layered art of Samuel Tupou, families will be transported into a multi-dimensional realm ofâŻfun and adventure.
