Toddler Review
Café Tahbella had been on my Fun Things for Toddlers Must Do list (there is an actual list 😀) for some time.
A café that won best kid friendly café in 2016 and has been welcoming in kids and family’s for 8 years was sure to pop up on the radar.
When I received an enthusiastic email from Café Tahbella barista Phoebe telling me all the reasons why I should stop by Café Tahbella and inviting Fletcher, Harper and I to drop in if we got the chance, Café Tahbella shot to the top of the list.
It can often be exhausting to go out for coffee, breakfast or lunch and try and enjoy it whilst feeling the pressure to keep your toddler(s) entertained and quiet enough so other diners can also enjoy their time too. There is none of that pressure at Café Tahbella. It really is all about family and Rod, Emma and the team go out of the way to make you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. The staff, facilities and atmosphere all clearly say “relax, sit back and enjoy, this is a place for family.”
The small indoor play area is great to entertain the kids whilst you enjoy a coffee and some “free time.” If your toddler gets bored with that or wants to sit with you, the Café Tahbella team will make sure you have menus and pencils for colouring in.
The menu has plenty of choice for the kids and adults too, and all at really great prices.
